The last phase of a three phase bio-pharmaceutical masterplan BPV III is the commercial center of activity on campus housing a blend of mixed uses: office, commercial retail, and hotel/multifamily units. (photos by CTA)
Role / Services
Schematic Design, Leading role for the design of facade articulation details, exterior lighting strategy and design of mountain facade articulation, and other featured podium elements: Leaf canopy and oculus, exterior commercial retail tenant branding & signage strategy.
Design Strategies and Innovative Concepts
The concept for the building stems from it's site location at the apex of the campus, drawing inspiration from the natural views of adjacent mountains.
